I am an entrepreneur, senior executive, investor, author, and publisher with over 20 years of experience in the software industry. Throughout my career, I have trained, published, and spoken extensively across the U.S. and Europe. After successfully building and exiting a healthcare and financial services auditing software venture, I shifted my focus to high-growth industries in Vietnam.

In 2017, I secured an agreement with Enterprise Holdings to introduce Enterprise Rent-a-Car, National, and Alamo to Southeast Asia, starting with Vietnam. Enterprise, the world's largest car rental company, reported over $35 billion in revenue in 2023 and is headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, USA.

In 2020, I successfully negotiated the country license for Forbes Media in Vietnam. Since then, I have been dedicated to building Vietnam’s next-generation media company, championing entrepreneurship and the country’s dynamic economic growth.

Currently, I am the Founder and Managing Director of Resu, a strategic advisory firm that helps businesses build influence, attract investors, and navigate Vietnam’s evolving market through expert media, consulting, and capital advisory services.

Beyond media and mobility, I serve on multiple corporate boards in logistics and mobility, specializing in digital transformation, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and strategic partnerships. I have also advised Toyota Financial Services on legal, operational, and business models related to mobility initiatives. Additionally, I mentor startups and SMEs, helping them strengthen leadership, sales and marketing, restructuring, and growth strategies.

I am deeply committed to civic engagement and serve on the boards of various non-profits, NGOs, and intergovernmental organizations, including:

  • Vietnam Vanguard (Vietnam Young Executive Network) – Founder & Chairman

  • UNICEF Vietnam – Founder & Chairman, National Executive Council

  • Vietnam National Innovation Center – Senior Executive Advisor

  • Asian American Chamber of Commerce (St. Louis, Missouri) – Vice Chairman
